Our Warranty Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We work to ensure that your every transaction is a pleasant, convenient and successful shopping experience. Our commitment to customer service does not end when you receive your order. We guarantee 100% accuracy on all prescriptions or they will be remade at no charge to you.
30 Day No-Hassle Exchange Policy
We understand purchasing anything sight unseen can be difficult and a little intimidating; this is especially true for a new pair of glasses. Our 30 Day No-Hassle Exchange Policy means you can take a chance on a new look or style, at no risk to you. If for any reason you are unhappy with your selection, please email us, return the new pair within 30 days, and simply choose another frame. Your lenses will be remade, and your new order will be sent to you at no cost. (This offer excludes Economy Frames and Lenses, and is good for one time only.)

Prescription Guarantee
We guarantee 100% accuracy on all prescriptions or they will be remade at no charge. All prescription eyeglasses are reviewed and approved by a licensed professional Optician. In the unlikely event that an error makes it through our system, or if your Doctor changes your prescription, we will promptly remake the lenses to our 100% accuracy standard at no charge to you, within the first 6 months from the date of purchase.

Most new prescriptions and/or lens styles require a 2-3 week full-time “learning period.” Please be sure to wear your new glasses consistently during that time and if you continue to have concerns please contact your prescribing eye doctor.

Exclusive Frame Warranty Information
All frames, reading glasses, and sunglasses are backed by our two year warranty from the date of purchase against any manufacturer’s defects. Manufacturer’s defects include: structural design, hinges, welding points, and colorings. Manufacturer’s defects DO NOT include: flagrant misuse causing frame damage; scratching or tarnish; pet damage; destruction or damage by vehicle; stepping on or sitting on the frame; bending or twisting the frame; or any other damage not considered a manufacturing flaw.

Frames which are considered defective will be replaced with a new pair, so long as the frame is still being manufactured. In cases where the frame is listed as discontinued (no longer manufactured), the frame will be replaced with another color or a different model of equal or lesser value. Customers will be contacted in situations such as this.
